I was co-founder of Upper Hale in 2020 and have since moved into a sole Chairman position. Made the odd cameo appearance, however very much committed to supporting on the sideline with a beer.

Bio:

I’ve been with Upper Hale since the club was founded in 2020. I started out purely as a player before stepping up to manage the Reserve Team. Now that we’re back to one side, I’m part of the First Team squad and support as Assistant Coach. It was a proud moment to be part of the team that won the 24/25 Guildford & Woking Division 1 title.

Responsibilities:

I work with the management team on performances, squad selection, and player availability, and also help Leo with the club’s social media.

Experience/Qualifications:

I began playing for Rushmoor Saints at the age of 5, where I spent 11 years, captained the side, and won Player of the Year twice. After spells at Crookham Rovers (Surrey League winners) and Ash U18s, I joined Upper Hale at its founding. I’m also a Level 7 qualified referee.
